Self-Employed Contribution - PhilHealth

Self-employed or voluntary members of PhilHealth can pay their contribution amounting to P300 per quarter to any PhilHealth Office and any accredited banks or collecting agents.  They have the option to pay it semi-annual or annually.  The deadline for payment is the last working day of the quarter, i.e, March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 (if these days are not declared holiday or falls on Saturday or Sunday).
